People get far too hung up on location, city and state when discussing BBQ. You

can have incredible BBQ in Delaware and terrible BBQ in Kansas City or Texas. Sure, certain locations have more of a culture which includes BBQ but those locations do not guarantee that they are any better than what could be found in Minnesota or Washington.
