Somebody's going to get screwed over somewhere. I guess each of us has our opinion of which kid we feel like should be screwed over or which kid gets to learn the life lesson. Is it the kid who's parents bought a house in a School boundary with lots of good players? Or is it the kid at a smaller school who's been on the team for 3 years of high school, was the second leading scorer on the JV team, but got bumped out his senior year because the new coach came in and wanted to start some younger kids who came from out of the school district but weren't going to make their High School teams.
As a side note, I don't think the kids from out of District were any better than the kids in the school, but that's obviously where you can see my bias coming in.
