It was when my son was a frosh in 2012-2013. He curently lives in
Off campus housing in one of the more expensive (own room) 4 person complexes and pays $100/month less than Heritage. $520+ for Heritage and you dont have parking.
Please point out the off campus options that cost more than $500/month, or $430 for a shared room with 6 in the apt. For all you name I'll name 10 that are cheaper.
