I understand that but I don't think that means the univeristy needs to provide parking close to campus. People
just have to plan accordingly. It is very costly to keep a lot of close on campus parking and at the already cheap rates that BYU has it makes no sense to add luxury parking on top of that.
Students across the country make it work (depaul, Northwesternd, NYU, Harvard etc).
