The State of Utah needs the Point of the Mountain. It would be dumb for them to put it there especially if they are expecting the huge draw of "silicon slopes" and a Corporate tech center in the area. Hopefully this doesn't happen and they are thinking bigger picture and long term growth for the State in that area.
