I work with the homeless. The shelters are every bit as bid as people say.
Besides, Draper is so far from services, that it doesn't make any sense to house people all the way down here when all of the main drug rehab centers, vocational rehab locations, DCFS, Valley Mental Health, etc. are all located in Salt Lake and WVC. The biggest impediment to my clients in obtaining services are (1) funding, and (2) transportation.
