I love the idea of it and generally speaking the worlds most successful are early risers but
when you think about it, what difference does it make when you choose your 16 hour window to operate in?
“I’m up at 5:00 and I’m in bed at 9:00”
“Well I get up at 7 and go to be at 11:00”
Ok... does it really make a difference? No, it doesn’t.

I do both. I get up at 4:30am to do cardio for an hour before work then in the evenings I lift for an hour before I get
