Nah.
I really can't see how anybody does it at another time as a working man and a father.
I work out while my kids are still asleep. I come home and read scriptures with them. I see them when I get home from work when I can actually help my wife out with things.
How do people actually do it at night?

I do both. I get up at 4:30am to do cardio for an hour before work then in the evenings I lift for an hour before I get
