When I'm done I got the gym and hit it hard. Go home shower and get ready for my shift. I work from home so this works out well for me. I plan my eating ahead so I never have any issues with feeling hungry all day.
Now my schedule will be changing in March April so I'll still be up at 5, but I'll have a few minutes to nourish my body before hitting the gym before work at 7 am. I'll still be working from home, with school on the back end after 3:30pm.
Feel great feel ahead of the curve and that high stays with me through about 9 when I begin to shut down. Perfect
