Seriously, working out in the morning sucks.
I seriously don't understand how you morning people do it.

I'm tired when I start working out.
I'm hungry the whole time.
I can't lift as much.

Afterwards

I'm hungry all day and I end up eating everything.
I'm tired and don't have an evening workout to burn off stress.

What am I missing?
