So what if they don't camp at BYU. Hire some people to go out and identify 2* and 3* kids in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, etc. that look like they might be good fits for BYU, then call their HS coaches (there is no limitation on ever doing this) and stalk their social media to find likely good fits.
