Mizzou is a crappy .500 SEC team, and they have 7 people working on coming up with lists of recruits and every detail about their lives that they can find so that they can identify who will fit best in the program and who is likely to sign and not sign.
Once they come up with those lists, they are given to the assistant coaches who can make electronic and face to face contact with the recruits. Every school has the same number of coaches who can make contact with recruits. The difference is that BYU has no support staff behind those coaches. Every other school with money does.
