to HS coaches and watching Hudl videos and looking at box scores on Max Preps to create reasonable lists of recruits for the 10 official coaches to contact. At BYU we basically tell the coaches to go find the kids. At schools that spend more on recruiting, the coaches have a head start on that process. They're not finding the kids as much as recruiting them.
