Problem is I’m sure they were fine and happy with the rule, until tragedy struck

They probably thought it would never happen to them but their son AND daughter died and left their grandson all alone what are the chances of that... pretty wild that they wouldn’t give these people a little bit of time, they are grieving, the grandson is grieving and his life just got turned upside down.
