I like HOA’s. The only thing I don’t like about it is

The people who bought homes who didn’t read them and try to not abide by the rules.

I bought in a specific HOA because I don’t want every backyard to look like a polygamist camp and I don’t want cars parked on the road.

Pretty simple stuff.
