The right thing to do is let an orphaned child live with his grandparents
Forget the overreaching HOA bylaw for a minute. What is in the best interest of the kid that just lost his parents?

Have we fallen so far as a society that a discriminatory bylaw takes precedence over human compassion? I'm a bit appalled at how many people in here are defending the HOA rule in such a case. "Sell your home or put the kid on the street! You broke the rules!!!"
