Honestly a part of the reason I don’t coach is I’m not the most patient with other people’s kids. If I don’t feel confident that I can treat all kids the same and with the same level of patience and respect than its best for me and the kids.
Perhaps the day will come that I feel better equipped to coach the kids. I see coaches who are like me all the time and I just think it would be best for the kids for those guys to just not participate in that capacity.
