Clearly the guy is very intelligent from his post history. Here is him saying he had a good reason:

I can think of a few that someone might have, that I never would, but doesn't mean that they don't. i wouldn't explain it in gen pop if I were him because there are too many stupid people on this board. Waste of time to try to explain due to the few power tools that actively roam around here.
