Acorn- Always a % of snarky replies. Actually, I am in escrow to sell a property

It looks like it is falling through. Texas law says if a deal has "an impossibility to perform" contract may be voidable. Even with 250K NON REFUNDABLE E.M., need to litigate to settle. Lenders are looking differently at commercial loans and circling the wagons. Time will tell, but I have concerns worse than snarky replies. I can handle it, but thanks Acorn.
