How so? When state leaders are throwing out shutdown dates 60 days out
They are showing that they are not responding to the situation as it is, but rather they are being autocratic. Yet their decision to keep the economy throttled down is causing real pain and hardship! They don't care. If they cared they would be laying out to the citizens a plan that balances all concerns.
