Not 100% but likely 60% or more. I forget what kind of herd immunity figures
have been thrown around. The virus doesn't go away. You either have to have enough get infected for real or enough get fake infections via vaccine so that you no longer have ability to pass it to a random person you interact with (because they've developed immunity). Those are really the choices.
One person had this virus to start out. One person in the world could start it up again unless or until we have immunity.
People who think it's going away by staying home don't understand what staying home was for.
