...we had a manager with precious little vision. If we somehow could have had UVU's Holland at that point in time we probably would be in. Even today we have hired one manager after another ever since the hire of Merrill Batemen. The last leader we had was Rex Lee. From Oaks to Lee we had leaders. From Bateman to Worthen we've had managers.

I'd love for Worthen to get called to something else and for us to finally get another leader in there. It would be great to have Matthew Holland serve as President even though he's a Seventy. He'd have the network with the BOT to get what he needs resource-wise and the vision he showed at UVU to actually do more than just manage.
