Agreed on the assistants but not sure how much of the decision should be on TH or Sitake. As far as hiring Sitake, I'd have to know more of the details on who was available to hire at the time to make an accurate judgement call on that given BYU's restrictions on hiring HCs.

Btw, I was not excited about the hire and was disappointed Bronco left. I had several posts at the time warning people to be wary of what they were wishing for (ie Bronco leaving).
