With 10M, I would hope I would have started some charitable foundation of sorts.
I’d probably give 50-75% to my kids, then the remaining 25-50% to whatever cause I was promoting in my retirement.
Frankly, the inheritance tax amount might play a part in how I divide it up. I’d like as much as possible to go to good causes without the government applying a 50% tax on some amount.
