yes it is a nice chunk but it isn't monster money that generations can live on. And if you're a typical LDS family you probably have around 4 kids so you'd be leaving each $2.5MM and that probably isn't even enough that you'd quit your job unless you were getting close to retirement already.

Yes we'd all like to get ourselves a $2.5MM windfall but if you do the math that isn't something that would carry a 35 year old husband and wife and their family through raising the kids and then retirement for the parents unless they were pretty strict with their budget.
