If they played at a JuCo in 2019 they should be either a RS-Fr or Soph this year because of last year not

counting.

Some schools just list things wrong on their roster with JC guys. Could easily be a typo.

3 years. 2020 eligibility was frozen by the NCAA. So he'd be a True Soph in 2021

Yes. Nobody's clock moved in 2020 from the NCAA's point of view.

The NCAA is treating 2020 as if everyone was deferring, even if they played
