It is nice because there are some wrestlers with a chance for 4 NCAA crowns who did not get to compete last year when it was covid cancelled. Now they get this year free to allow them to still have a chance at 4 titles.

3 years. 2020 eligibility was frozen by the NCAA. So he'd be a True Soph in 2021

Yes. Nobody's clock moved in 2020 from the NCAA's point of view.

The NCAA is treating 2020 as if everyone was deferring, even if they played

If they played at a JuCo in 2019 they should be either a RS-Fr or Soph this year because of last year not
