39% change of hitting a 2 then 50% chance of winning OT = 19.5%
Higher odds of winning with the 3. About 39% higher probability of winning to be exact
That said, in-game shooting performance is a poor predictor for the next shot. I'd trust the guy shooting 42% from 3 with the open look
