Not really. My 10 rep weight on a real bench is 185. Tonal I was burning at 110.

That would be interesting to see if it felt heavier than 200 like 250ish or 300 then it would make more sense. 110 feels

I don't know that this machine is to make one "swole". But great for fitness lifting and just staying sharp.

Yep 200 squat or deadlift is a warmup for anyone that is in decent shape or lifts frequently.
