I love the concept and I think there are great practical uses for it just not
what I was hoping for. I could see my still investing it at some point because of the secondary uses and I'm sure my wife would prefer it.
She avoids lifting freeweights because of fear of dropping them. Even with a spotter so she would probably really like these.

Is it true that it maxes out at 200? That's not much for deadlift, squat, calf raises, and even bench.

I don't know that this machine is to make one "swole". But great for fitness lifting and just staying sharp.
