Last night before I typed this I was doing barbell bicep curls. At the gym I typically do 70-80 pound barbells (I’ll use 90 pounders for negatives but can’t get great form on the full range), on tonal I did 43 pounds.
So if you’re squatting or deadlifting 300+, probably want a squat rack in your home gym. In an ideal world I probably would have that, but I life in CA and don’t have a basement so that’ll have to wait.
