I feel ya brother. I’m 23, in the same position. We were pretty much born right
at the exact time of the turning of the guard within the rivalry (although some may argue it came earlier, in the mid 90’s when Utah won 3 straight).

Either way, our lifetimes have seen a pretty dominant Utah football program…and a pretty average BYU program.

But all hope is not lost. The Big 12 will likely provide an evening on the playing field when it comes to BYU and Utah. But the Big 12 alone will not fully propel us to Utah’s current level. That will be up to Holmoe, this coaching staff, and honestly BYU admin in general.

Can’t be a great program if you are not committed to winning. And there are some areas where BYU is obviously not committed enough.
