Lets give BYU 10+ years of P5 money and recruits and we talk again then!!! We did all those accomplishments with a team that could compete with the rest of the country...but since the beginning of the BCS and the P5 leagues the difference between the P5's and G5's have grown substantially and BYU just couldn't keep up. Don't give me the boise excuses either, we could have stayed in the MWC and won multiple titles as well and been in the same NY6 bowls that they were but we decided to go Independant and play a much tougher schedule than any MWC team or for that matter any G5 team. It may have not got us the glamor up front but I believe it got us an invite to the Big 12 and now we sit at the big boy table again and will soon compete with the rest of the P5's and our access to better bowls is just around the corner.
