If the church only views the athletic department as entertainment
why are they involved in the interview and hiring process of the football and basketball coach. Why do those coaches have to be members of the church?
I have a hard time seeing why the church is so concerned about who those two coaches are but at the same time doesn’t want to invest enough resources to get the best coaches it can.
Either be all in or stay out. Just my opinion.

No. We are not. I can’t say where some imaginary line is. But it’s clear we aren’t there. And the line isn’t static.
