If Big time=programs like

tOSU, USC, Alabama, or any other team that has won the national title lately, then Utah is little guy. I have hopes that they will be able to build the program up with the newfound BCS inclusion and squeak in a championship in my lifetime. I don't see Utah ever becoming a Texas or USC, though.
