It always comes down to the individual person's experiences. The 1994 thing would really depend on what happened after that. If Utah won the NC in 1994 but then never went to a single bowl better than the Vegas Bowl after that, I would absolutely take the 2 BCS bowls and undefeated seasons10 and 14 years later. It's also hard to answer because 2004 happened right in the middle of medical school for me so I was at every one of those games and I was old enough to really soak it in. In 1994, I was 14 and I could certainly appreciate the gravity of the situation, but being 24 and 28 during those two seasons was better than being 14.

It is certainly an interesting question though.
