The Schwenke case actually doesn't run contrary to anything he said. As you will

recall Schwenke was already committed to BYU. There was a lot going on behind the scenes there and it was a situation where Schwenke decided a visit to "see friends" at ND was more important than his scholarship offer to BYU. Not to mention the fact that Bronco now allows committed recruits to visit other schools.
