Could be remedied by assistants. He doesn't get fired up and it shows in his players - better assistants could still instill a better culture without firing bronco. Same with recruiting - which I see as a weakness of his - assistants can have influence in that as well.

If this staff can show significant signs of improvement the next couple years, I'd be willing to roll with it. I don't want them fired now. But it's been about this same story his whole tenure. I think holmoe should keep his eyes open for the more distant future.
