Tell you what, I fancy myself a bridge builder.....
so why can't we just agree to have BYU let in the good football player who has succumbed to the occasional naughty deeds of youth while simultaneously letting in the Engineer student who did likewise? Seems to me we have found a win-win. I get all the good football players who want to be at BYU and you have total consistency in enrollment/honor code enforcement practices!

I openly admit that BYU as an academic institution means about as much to me as Directional Slippery Rock State, but I can't quit its sports teams. Hence, my lens pretty much starts and ends with what is good for the sports teams. I understand that my desires will never be what BYU adopts and I am trully ok with it. I understand it puts limitations on what BYU can accomplish on the fields of friendly strife and such you will never hear me complain about Mendenhall not being able to reach that elusive "next level."

No offense to those who really like BYU's standards, I just like the wins on the sports fields much, much more.
