And clean up is half the time of cleaning standard pots and pans. We have one we use for indoor cooking and the rest we use for camping or on the grill. Once they are seasoned, hot water, a quick wipe out and then reheated with a thin coat of oil does the trick. Let it sit to cool before you put it away. The food doesn't stick to the sides or bottom unless you burn it, and even then it peels right off. Easy cleanup.
