being arrogant enough to prompt a High School coached turned Intern, turned GA, turned position coach in 5 seasons to Defensive coordinator when you have absolutely ZERO success in developing a well rounded coaching staff and coaches good enough to move on to other program, and just recently had to replaced your previous experiment in a first time coach getting promoted to a coordinator. That was a total arrogant move, and protecting him is even more arrogant beyond reason.
