Coaches deserve a much higher level of scrutiny. They're getting paid
A lot of money to win. I agree with you on the players, they're giving their all trying to prove themselves and get their shot at the big time. They sacrifice a lot and get very little in return (in relation to the effort and expectations).
Coaches are being paid 6-7 figures to produce results and just like any job, if you don't produce you get let go.
