Does that history include the advent of social media?
No coach prior to Bronco, not even Crowton really, had to contend with having spies with cell phone cameras every where an athlete goes...
Bronco has a much, much tougher job than Lavell did. He is facing tougher schedules...he is facing a disparity of money that didn't exist...and he is facing the advent of the citizen "reporter," i.e. informant through Twitter, Facebook, Insta...you name it.
I'm just glad Lavell wasn't around during this age. This board would have pilloried him. And like Bronco, he wouldn't have deserved it.
