Caps might not be the best option, but our system for recourse due to medical
errors is far from perfect. I found this article to be great for breaking down the issue from the viewpoint of all three sides (healthcare system, judicial system, and the patients themselves). I'm probably late to this comment party, but just thought I'd share since it's worth a read for anyone interested in this issue.

Otoh, malpractice premiums are ridiculous. OBs routinely pay 6 figures a year in premiums. If tort reform would

I agree that they are most at risk. That said, I have talked to many and almost all of them have been sued for
