Because you can't counter my points. I have no doubt you've convinced yourself that what you are doing is right and just, none of us wants to admit that what we do may not be admirable, and when it is pointed out to us that our actions are not universally looked on as admirable most of us react as you have, with resentment and as you did in your post we try to malign the knowledge of those who point out how questionable our actions are.

Now I am not saying that there is never an instance where negligence needs to be addressed, but the manner you address it which is to litigate and attempt to cash in on it, seldom needs doing. I won't convince you of that of course, you're an attorney and you guys entire existence is based on doing just that, it is your "profit center".

And I never would have posted a thing on here if not for the self righteous OP maligning "big business" for trying to protect itself while you are trying to do the exact same thing and while doing so trying to convince us you're acting morally and in the best interests of us, the little people. You are just out to protect yourself, your income, your occupation, your ability to make as much as you can make. Perhaps if you just admitted you're no different and that is what you're doing I would at least give you credit for your honesty, but when all you are doing is trying to, in your words, "hoodwink" us into buying that your position is the moral one then you're going to get challenged for it.

Just so you know, almost no one buys it, we all know your ultimate interest in this is you and your "profit center".
