Comcast rep told me that you need to go into the store in order to get deals
Apparently there's a "back to school" promotion that they do every July/August that's the best time to renegotiate. However, you can't call. You need to physically walk into their store and talk with them.
I WAS getting 100 mbps for $35. Now I'm getting 25 mbps for $40... waiting until their promotion starts to renegotiate.
