one this year that everyone is trying to figure out. I know Taysom is the scapegoat and that comes with the territory when you're a D1 QB but there are lots of problems that are keeping the whole machine from running correctly.
Most people blame Taysom for a bad throw against Utah on the first play of the game but they don't realize Hifo ran the wrong route. No big deal. It happens. But when things like that happen in a Div 1 football game, it's costly most of the time. Taysom takes the heat and everyone says "he sucks" but it really wasn't him. Just one example of several pieces of the machine not working properly and a QB change doesn't fix that.
People act like Tanner just hasn't been playing at all and no one gets to see what he can do. The coaches see him play every day in practice. They know where he is in his development.
