I'm certainly not defending Kurtz... He was awful and should have been benched.

I thought only one of the two was a sure TD... The other was a good enough ball (not perfect) and a soft play by Kurtz. I don't see him scoring a TD on that play btw even with a catch.

Don't you realize that many of us don't put 100% of the blame on Taysom? Our frustration is that he is in the only position where coaches won't play the backup. He's certainly a capable backup.

It comes down to this. We have very bad receivers. We have a very bad passing QB. Why make matters worse and play both together? Taysom is who he is.
