Couldn't it also be said Lebron is scared to play in the West?
He has had two opportunities to go play out West and did not. Creating super teams out East both times when his biggest competition in the playoffs has been the Raptors (2016), the Hawks (2015), the Pacers (2014 and 2013), and an over the hill Celtics (2012, 2011) team doesn't seem like he was looking for the fight he would get out West. Seems fair to consider it both ways.

Lebron can do whatever he wants and stay out East, but I don't think it is fair to say the West players were scared to go East because of him. The West has been murderer's row for years now.
