This to me has been a problem. Few players come into Rose's program and make huge development strides. Collinsworth was awesome, but never developed a jump shot in the four years he was in the program. Haws was awesome, but I would say that his game marginally improved, not drastically, as his outside game could've used an uptick and that was his development focus post-BYU (why not while at BYU??). Carlino was the same old Carlino. Jackson Emery was solid, but was pretty much the same guy. Davis developed a bit of a 10-15 foot jump shot game, but not a huge increase. Just seems like the players do what they generally did in high school, with marginal improvement.
Isaac appears to have made a huge jump in productivity under Pope's watch. Wouldn't it be awesome if some of our other guys made a similar jump? How can we make that happen?
